What does Coaching involve?
Our Coaching focuses specifically on working with experts in STEM areas such as science, IT, engineering, or medicine who are combining their roles with business areas. Typical areas for Coaching include:
Caroline has a down to earth and analytical style that will suit many technical experts. She will be a sounding board, play Devil's Advocate and work with her clients to analyse situations from different perspectives, so that they develop their own strategy that works specifically for them, their technical area of expertise and their organisation. Having been in their shoes, she also brings a strong understanding and rapport to the coaching. Caroline's clients comment on the increased clarity and confidence that they get from the sessions - but also that Caroline is not afraid to challenge, with support and humour, in order to help them develop their strategy.
Typically, clients meet with Caroline for a series of 6-10 meetings, typically for 1.5 hours over a period of 6-12 months and these meetings may be face to face at your premises or by Skype.

Coaching has been around since ancient Greece, but only recently, with advances in brain scanning technology, neuroscience and psychology are we able to understand why coaching is such an effective approach. Caroline has an interest in the science behind coaching and shares this with her clients as she works with them.
