- We only retain data that is required by HMRC for tax and legal purposes.
- Brief notes taken during the session are for the purpose of ensuring that there is good continuity between sessions. These notes are kept on paper, in an anonymized form, and are destroyed when the coaching contract is completed. Any other records, such as psychometric reports, are also destroyed at this time.
- We retain records of the client name and total hours coached for the purposes of providing evidence to retain professional accreditation.
- We will stay in contact with our clients, generally via email, to occasionally share items of interest. However, if at any time you do not wish to receive these emails, please send us an email requesting that we remove you from our list and we will comply.
- There are no cookies on our website.
